Brian Schad & K-9 Sparks

Brian Schad is a Deputy State Fire Marshal for the Delaware State Fire Marshal's Office.

In 2008 he became a certified arson K-9 handler for the Delaware State Fire Marshal's Office. He was partnered with K-9 Sparks during a five week class in Alfred, Maine sponsored by State Farm Insurance®. Brain and Sparks are certified according to the Maine Criminal Justice Academy standards.
