Scott Wilson and K-9 Roo

Scott Wilson is a member of the District of Columbia Fire/EMA Department.

In 2007 he became a certified arson K-9 handler for District of Columbia Fire/EMA Department. He was partnered with K-9 Roo during a five week class in Alfred, Maine sponsored by State Farm Insurance®. Scott and Roo are certified according to the Maine Criminal Justice Academy standards.
