Matthew Guffey and K-9 Shazam

Matthew Guffey is a member of the Winston-Salem Fire Department.

In 2008 he became a certified arson K-9 handler for the Winston-Salem Fire Department. He was partnered with K-9 Shazam during a five week class in Alfred, Maine sponsored by State Farm®. Matthew and Shazam are certified according to the Maine Criminal Justice Academy standards.
