Kevin Bakley is a member of the Strongsville Fire & EMS Department.

In 2002 he became a certified arson K-9 handler for the Strongsville Fire & EMS Department. He was partnered with K-9 Sirius during a five week class in Alfred, Maine sponsored by State Farm Insurance®. K-9 Sirius passed away in 2008. Kevin is now partnered with K-9 Murphy. They were certified according to the Maine Criminal Justice Academy standards.
