James Cyganiewicz and K-9 Navy

James Cyganiewicz is a member of the Horry County Fire/Rescue.

In 2007 he became a certified arson K-9 handler for the Horry County Fire/Rescue. He was partnered with K-9 Navy during a five week class in Alfred, Maine sponsored by State Farm®. James and Navy are certified according to the Maine Criminal Justice Academy standards.

Harry Rountree and K-9 Abby

Harry Rountree is a member of the Burton Fire District.

In 2010 he bacme a certified arson K-9 handler for the Burton Fire District. He was partnered with K-9 Abby during a five week class in Alfred, Maine sponsored by State Farm®. Harry and Abby are certified according to the Maine Criminal Justince Academy standars.
