James Cyganiewicz and K-9 Navy

James Cyganiewicz is a member of the Horry County Fire/Rescue.

In 2007 he became a certified arson K-9 handler for the Horry County Fire/Rescue. He was partnered with K-9 Navy during a five week class in Alfred, Maine sponsored by State Farm Insurance®. James and Navy are certified according to the Maine Criminal Justice Academy standards.
