Donnie Vinson and K-9 Shelby

Donnie Vison is a member of the Cookeville Fire Department.

In 1996 he bacme a certified arson K-9 handler for the Cookeville Fire Department. He was partnered with K-9 Wyatt Earp during a five week class in Alfred, Maine sponsored by State Farm Insurance®. They were trained and certified according to the Maine Criminal Justice Academy standards. In 2004 K-9 Wyatt Earp retired and Donnie became the handler for K-9 Shelby. Donnie and Shelby attend the State Farm-sponosred class in Maine and were trained and certified by the Maine Criminal Justice Academy standards.

Shaun O'Neal and K-9 Ember

Shaun O'Neal is a member of the Maryville Police Department.

In 2005 he became a certified arson K-9 handler for the Maryville Police Department. He was partnered with K-9 Ember during a five week class in Alfred, Maine sponsored by State Farm Insurance®. Shaun and Ember are certified according to the Maine Criminal Justice Academy standards.

Travis Kincaid is a member of the Knoxville Fire Department's Fire & Explosives Investigation Unit.

In 2009 he bacame a certified arson K-9 handler for the Knoxville Fire Department. He was partnered with K-9 Bailey during a five week class in Alfred, Maine sposnosred by State Farm®. Travis and Bailey are certified according to the Maine Criminal Justice Academy standards.
