David Collins and K-9 Spencer

David Collins is a member of the Wichita Falls Fire Department.

In 2001 he became a certified arson K-9 handler for the Wichita Falls Fire Department. He was partnered with K-9 Spencer during a five week class in Alfred, Maine sponsored by State Farm Insurance®. David and Spencer are certified according to the Maine Criminal Justice Academy standards.
